Farida Studio Policies
Hours of Operation:
For your convenience, we’re open seven days a week from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday – Saturday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm on Sundays. We’re closed for major holidays.
Cancellation Policy:
In order to best accommodate all of our guests, we require a credit card at the time of booking your appointment. Any cancellations or reschedules must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Kindly allow 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you have multiple services booked.
If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in advance and do not show for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service fee to the credit card on file. We understand that certain situations may arise that can prevent you from attending your appointment and we try to be reasonable and accommodating.
Privacy & Protecting Valuables:
Farida studio offers private treatment rooms where each guest will be given the privacy to change into the appropriate garment for their respective treatment. Farida Studio is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items including clothing and accessories.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included on the price listed; however, gratuities are greatly appreciated. For guidance, a 20% gratuity of the full value of the service is customary in the beauty industry. For your convenience, you may add gratuity with cash or a credit card.
Arrival:
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your service time. This will allow ample time for you to enjoy our cafe lounge area and additional amenities as well as complete any appropriate paperwork needed.
Product Return Policy:
Product returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be accompanied with receipt. If the product is un-opened you will receive a full refund, exchange or studio credit. All sales are final on gift card and sale items.
