Guest Experience Manager

We are pleased to introduce Endrina Kaliqani, who has joined Team Farida as our Guest Experience Manager. Her role is to ensure that we provide each guest with a warm, loving, and memorable experience.

She is a graduate of Saint John’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts. She comes to us with five years’ experience at the prestigious national wellness brand, Life Time, where she was the assistant manager of the spa at their West Harrison location.

Endrina enjoys stepping out of her comfort zone, so her free time

consists of just that! She loves trying new restaurants, seeing new places, and learning new skills.
