Penny

Licensed Massage Therapist

Penny has been a New York State licensed massage therapist for more than eight years. She worked alongside Farida, Tess, Galya, and Suzanne at the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa in White Plains.

While certified in all modalities, her key focus is to work the trigger and pressure points to provide maximum benefit and often immediate relief. 

Penny is well known for her unique combination of deep tissue, medical, and acupressure therapies to address the body as a whole. 

She works at the deepest level of tissue to release trigger points, impingements, and fascial restrictions. 

Her holistic approach addresses ailments ranging from digestion concerns, anxiety, and skin conditions. 

When not found with her elbow in someone’s back, Penny enjoys traveling with her husband and making homemade candles, body scrubs, and exotic cheeses.
