Chrissy

Chrissy is an RYT® 200 certified yoga instructor based in Westchester, New York. She has practiced yoga regularly for the past 20 years, and is passionate about continuing to learn and evolve her practice by sharing her love of yoga with others. As part of this, Chrissy aims to provide a safe, welcoming, and accessible yoga space that caters to a variety of needs. 

Nami

Nami is a yoga instructor and wellness enthusiast who continues to thrive through everyday life just like any others. She met Yoga when she was working long hours at an investment bank in Tokyo, Japan. She is passionate about sharing the transformative power of Yoga with others. Her classes provide a safe and inclusive space to help her students cultivate their inner peace. Nami is a certified Yoga Teacher and is also studying integrative nutrition coaching. 

Ashley

Ashley combines her background as a writer, yoga instructor and women’s group leader to Inspire and motivate others to create a life of joy and ease. Ashley turned to yoga for a much-needed spiritual practice. This led her to experience dramatic health benefits and thrive in all areas of her life. As an avid yogi herself, Ashley focuses on the eight limbs of yoga to help new and experienced yogis find and follow their path on and off the mat. Ashley is a certified Yoga Instructor with additional certificates in Trauma Informed Yoga,  Art Therapy and Yin Yoga. 

Kenya

Kenya's decade-long yoga practice transformed her life and brought her inner peace. Now,  through teaching yoga, she helps others connect with their body, mind, and soul through  her beautiful and powerful practice. Kenya is also a Chopra-certified Meditation Teacher,  and Mindset and Weight Loss Coach.
